Being surrounded by so much noise and activity can feel overwhelming, so I feel safest when I have a peaceful little space of my own. My dream is a calm and patient home where I’m never rushed and always have somewhere secure to retreat when I need it. With kindness, understanding, and time, I could slowly learn that I’m finally safe and begin to show the gentle dog hiding beneath my cautious exterior.
