Cassie

I’m Cassie, a very kind and affectionate girl. I may need a little time to warm up to someone, but once I do, I’ll love them forever. I even recognize the sound of my favorite volunteers’ scooters as they arrive in the parking lot and know exactly who has come to see me. I’ve already overcome a difficult chapter in my life. After ticks infected me with blood parasites, I became very sick. Thankfully, the shelter gave me the medication and care I needed, and little by little, I grew stronger again. Now I’m ready for happier days filled with love, affection, and people whose scooters I can listen out for at a home of my own. If you cannot adopt me, you can still become my sponsor and help care for me while I wait for my forever person.
