My name is Casper, and I arrived at the shelter together with my sister Phoebe on July 19. We're about six months old. Before coming here, we were lucky enough to stay with a wonderful foster family after we were found on the streets. Sadly, they couldn't keep us forever, so they brought us here in the hope that we'll find loving families of our own. I'm a happy little guy who loves making people smile. I'm always ready to play, whether it's with my dog friends or with the humans who come to visit. I'm friendly, confident, and curious about everything around me. I already know how to wear a collar and walk nicely on a leash, and I'm always excited to learn something new.
